Polymorph Power

One day, completely out of no where, all women around the world gained the ability to casually transform other people into inanimate objects and back. The objects in question were still aware and still had some form of sensory input, but the power had a variety of interesting effects. Strangely, only women gained this power, and now men must learn to adapt to a world where at any moment, any girl nearby could just casually turn them into a pen, or a shoe, or an earring, or a chair, or any number of other things. But the worst part isn’t even being transformed: it’s the sexual torment that comes as a side effect!

EMPOWERMENT

On May 13^th, 2022, the Polymorph Power changed society almost overnight. All at once, women around the world obtained the gift of transformation at will. This day has been dubbed “The Freaky Friday” or the “May Day Morph”, but such cutesy terms greatly undersell the sheer chaos caused by this strange form of real-life magic.

It only took a few short weeks for it to be clear that women were now almost demigoddesses, and men were in serious trouble. Violence broke out across the world as men rebelled against this power which let any woman use and abuse them with just a thought. But most women were not monsters, and most men were not so willing to harm them, even with their frightening new ability. After all, a man could shoot a woman almost as fast as she could transform him. Nothing would be gained from the genders warring with one another into a quick extinction.

By the end of the summer, men in power were either replaced, or guarded at all times by security women. Many countries enacted laws limiting women’s free use of their abilities, with mild to harsh penalties depending the severity of the violation. Even with such restrictions, the smart men quickly learned to know their place. The stubborn men? Well, sometimes, the law could be convinced to look the other way, if an unruly man needed some hard discipline.

Of course, it’s not that hard for a woman who knows what she’s doing to get away with being wicked. Likewise, some countries are not particularly concerned with men’s suffering, and the laws to protect them aren’t especially strict in the first place. And then, some people formed settlements where men begged to be transformed; after all, many found the erotic side-effects of the power irresistible!

THE POWER

The Polymorph Power enables women to transform men and other women into everyday objects. There are numerous limitations and applications to this ability, but by and large, should a woman need anything for work, play, or relaxation, she can get whatever she needs by simply turning another person into the item she wants. Generally speaking, the power operates on the following guidelines:

POWER MECHANICS

• Only biological women possess the Polymorph Power. Men cannot obtain the power. Intersex persons count as male as far as the Power is concerned.
• The Power only works on other humans.
• Women are immune to unwilling transformation, but can be transformed if they allow themselves to be. Women can also transform themselves.
• Women who are transformed even by another woman can return themselves to human form at will.
• A woman can turn a transformed person back at will, even if she was not the one to initially transform them.
• The transformed person must be returned to human form before being transformed into something else.
• A woman is only able to transform a person whom she has an exact awareness of the location of. Most of the time, this means line-of-sight; she must be able to see where the person is, although she can use reflections to catch someone she cannot see directly. Use of special visual aids, such as UV or infrared goggles, are effective as well. Blind testing has proven that a woman can also transform someone she has detected through hearing if she knows exactly where they are. Likewise, she can do the same through touch.
• This awareness seems to be a perception limitation of the target’s position in direct correlation to the woman herself. This means she cannot transform a man she can see through a live security camera, if she doesn’t have a sense of where that location is relative to herself. She may even be familiar with the location in question, such as a bank she goes to, but unless she has an exact sense of where that bank is, and where the man is specifically within that bank, her power cannot grasp him.
• Because of this perception limitation, the effective range of women’s power is heavily restricted, but theoretically, could be extended vastly further, if they have the mental calculating awareness for it. Some very few women were capable of transforming men from across a small town they knew exceptionally well. The longest distance of a transformation effect was thirteen miles, but this was done by a woman with a knack for geometry, and the exact coordinates of a volunteer who was standing perfectly still. The moment he started moving, she was unable to change him, despite knowing his general location.
• Likewise, a woman cannot transform someone from a picture or recording, as the power must take hold a person in real time.
• The transformed person will be restored to the exact state they were in when they changed. A person who has a broken arm when transformed will change back to a person with a broken arm.
• The transformation will last indefinitely by default, but a woman can set the change to last only for a certain amount of time. She can time it down to whatever unit of time she can fully comprehend and perceive, usually significant fractions of a second.

TRANSFORMATION PARAMETERS

• A woman can only transform a human man or woman into an inanimate object. She cannot turn them into another form of living being, such as an animal or plant. She likewise cannot turn them into another person. This includes not being able to turn someone into any sort of food.
• The object cannot be bigger than three times the mass or volume of the person being transformed. The largest object demonstrated is queen sized mattress.
• The object can be vastly smaller than the person in terms of mass or volume, but must still be an object that can be easily seen by the naked human eye. The smallest object demonstrated is a 3mm ball bearing.
• The object does not have to be consistent in size or shape to its real life counterpart. A woman can make a chair the size of a chicken egg, or a thimble the size of a recliner.
• The object must be relatively simple and “solid” in construction. It cannot have too many moving mechanical parts, too many “loose” components especially of too small a size, no unstable or easily energized chemicals, no advanced cybernetics or computational equipment. The most complex machine thus demonstrated is a ten-speed bicycle.
• Some objects can be formed which require a power source or ammunition to function properly. Examples include turning a man into a vibrator, though it will need normal batteries to function, or a revolver, which will need normal bullets to fire. She could turn a man into a bullet casing, but he would require gunpowder to be packed in to work.
• A person cannot be turned into a liquid or gaseous state, or any other substance that is too easily broken apart, like a mass of sand or cotton balls. A person cannot be turned into an energy state, such as plasma or light. The most unstable substance seen is a mass of very firm gelatinous material.
• The woman must have some familiarity with the object she wants to turn the person into. She can’t turn him into a piece of art she’s never seen before or a book she’s never read. The most common things to turn someone into are furniture, clothing, tools, utensils, and other such common items.
• When the person is transformed, their clothing and any small items on their person are transformed with them, though more accurately, they could be said to just vanish, as the transformed person does not experience the sensation of still wearing clothes while transformed.

SENSORY MECHANICS

• The transformed person is fully conscious and aware. By default, they retain a sense of touch. Any tactile sensation given to the object, the person will feel as if it is touching their skin.
• Some objects also allow for a default sense of taste, smell, hearing, or sight. This is usually linked to the object they have become, such as tongue depressor having a sense of taste, or a pair of glasses having vision.
• A woman can pre-determine the five senses of their target at the time of transformation. Normally a man turned into a shoe would just have a sense of touch, but she can include a sense of taste and smell to go with it. She could also allow them sight, but remove the sense of touch.
• A woman can adjust these senses while a person is transformed if she touches them. The shifted senses will maintain once she lets go.
• The transformed consciousness stays aware and awake the whole time they are in the transformed state. They do not sleep, but they likewise do not suffer from a lack of sleep, never feeling tired or fatigued.
• Despite a lack of a body, the consciousness of the transformed will feel a mental reaction similar to a physiological one upon receiving stimulation. If they smell something stinky, for example, they will have a “physical” feeling of revulsion.
• The transformed body does not adapt to the sensations they experience. While the human body can get used to a foul smell quickly, a transformed person forced to smell something awful will continue to be just as revolted as they were upon the initial seconds of exposure.
• Women are able to adjust their own senses while transformed, whether they changed themselves or were changed by another woman. If changed by another woman, she cannot override this ability.

TELEPATHY MECHANICS

• A woman maintains a telepathic connection to anyone she has transformed for the duration of the transformation. This telepathy maintains over thousands of miles. A woman once transformed a man while visiting a country on the other side of the planet. She was able to maintain the connection even after returning home. Rocket testing eventually proved the telepathic connection cuts out after about 25,000 miles, well into outer space.
• A woman can turn off this telepathic connection and resume it at will.
• A woman is able to establish a telepathic connection with a transformed person she herself did not change, as long as she maintains physical contact with the object in question. She has to know the object is a person in the first place, and attempt to make the connection.
• A transformed woman can establish a telepathic connection with anyone who touches her while she maintains that form.
• Telepathy only reads and sends surface thoughts. It does not allow full access to memories or subconscious thoughts or feelings.

PLEASURE EFFECTS

• While in a transformed state, men experience a heightened sense of arousal. They feel the sensations of an unbearably hard erection and an intense need for sexual stimulation and orgasm. However, as they are reduced to an object, they cannot touch themselves, and are incapable of achieving orgasm.
• When in physical contact with a woman’s skin, a transformed man experiences intense physical pleasure. Aside from the tactile sensations of her touch, which he will always feel as though she were holding and rubbing his penis, pure sexual pleasure floods his consciousness, and quickly makes him reach the peak of sexual response. However, being unable to orgasm, he becomes stuck at the edge of release, unable to go over.
• If the man is being held when he is transformed back, he will experience an immensely powerful orgasm if he has been stimulated for even just a few minutes.
• If a man is changed back without being stimulated, he will still be unbearably horny, but he will begin to cool off. Usually, though, if he has been transformed for any longer than an hour, he will be so out of his mind with arousal, he’ll immediately start masturbating, or attempt to engage in sex, to relieve his need.
• If a man is transformed while engaged in sex, then he will continue to experience the sexual act even if he is no longer being touched. For example, if a girl is giving a man a blowjob when she transforms him, he will continue to feel that blowjob for the duration of that transformation. He will not get used to the sensation, nor will the stimulation help him achieve release; instead, it will quickly bring him and hold him to the edge, even without a woman touching him.
• When a transformed man is touched by another man, he does not experience the pleasure effect, though he will still feel the normal tactile sensations, which can still be used to stimulate him.
• When a woman is transformed, she instead experiences a gentle, soothing bliss. This zen like state induces a mild euphoria that soothes anxieties and makes a woman experience a general sense of contentment and happiness. Relaxation, sexual satiation, and mental refreshment enable a woman to stay mentally well, even if they remain in a transformed state for an extended period.
• When a transformed woman is touched by another woman or a man, she does not experience an overpowering pleasure increase. However, she can still feel the tactile sensations, which map to a general layout of her erogenous zones and pleasure receptors. Caressing her object form can stimulate her to sexual pleasure or broad physical pleasure. A woman can experience orgasms while transformed.
• A person will not carry over whatever pain they are feeling when they transform. A person transformed while they have a broken arm will at least not feel the pain from the injury whilst they are transformed.

PAIN EFFECTS

• When damage is inflicted on the object, the transformed person will experience a pain relating to the damage inflicted. Melting or burning will induce burning pain, tearing or cutting will feel like flaying skin and muscle, snapping or breaking will feel like bones breaking, crushing and shredding will feel as damaging pressure or deep slicing into the body. The pain does not stop, even if the damage is repaired.
• Damage that is miniscule or barely effective, such as a minor scratch on some paint, only registers as a very mild sense of discomfort in a small spot and is quite ignorable.
• However, many objects are durable against numerous types of damage, and pain will not register unless actual damage is inflicted. Metal touched with fire will feel hot to the transformed person, but will not actually hurt. Knives scraped against metal will feel sharp, but not actually cause pain. A piece of paper that is crumbled into a ball will experience an odd twisting sensation while crumpled, but will not feel pain or even discomfort so long as there is no tearing.
• Disassembling an object that has separating parts, such as pulling a shoe-lace off a shoe, will not inflict pain, but will cause a sense of noticeable discomfort.
• Women are able to detach their sense of pain while their object form is damaged; they still experience it, but they can chose to suppress their response to it, making it feel almost like it’s happening to someone else. The euphoric effect further soothes away any anxiety the pain would cause, making even the most severe damage and pain feel, at most, like a mild, ignorable discomfort.
• The hyper-arousal effect does somewhat mitigate the pain of damage for transformed men. A strange mental twisting occurs wherein the pain becomes another form of sexual stimulation, causing intensifying arousal and pleasure sensations that match the pain. In this sense, men already feel a sort of pain of extreme sexual need while transformed, and this just merges with that feeling.

SURVIVAL PARAMETERS

• A transformed individual has no need for sustenance of any kind, able to survive without food, water, rest, air, or pressure. They can survive in total vacuum for thousands of years as long as they are transformed, and the object in question does not sustain significant damage.
• The transformed individual does not age whilst transformed. A twenty-five year old man who remains an object for one thousand years will return to being a twenty-five year old man if he is changed back.
• The transformed individual can be damaged, but this damage will not maintain if they are changed back within a certain limit. However, after a certain amount of damage has been done, the transformed person cannot be changed back, and their consciousness ends, killing them. For example, turning a man into a sheet of paper, then ripping it in half will not kill him. However, shredding it to little pieces will certainly be fatal.
• The destruction threshold occurs when approximately two-thirds of the object’s structural integrity is compromised, primarily through breaking off pieces.
• Repairing the object does not bring the person back to life, even if the repair is flawless.
• The greatest danger to the transformed, at least for men, is insanity. Being trapped in an inanimate form, forced to experience whatever sense one is allowed without being able to block it, cut off from society, and only able to sporadically communicate with usually just one woman, is already enough to test, and eventually break, most people’s minds. The extreme sexual need compounded onto that can quickly drive a man truly crazy if he remains transformed for a long enough period of time.

EXCEPTIONALS

A rare few women are able to break the common rules established above. These “Exceptionals” tend to have only one extra trick to their abilities, and their talents rarely repeat, but as many as one million women can do something most other women cannot. This includes things like:

• The ability to turn someone into air. This instantly kills the target, as their mass is immediately scattered.
• The ability to turn someone into water. This can instantly kill a target, if the water is not properly contained.
• The ability to transform someone into a form of energy. This instantly kills them.
• The ability to turn someone into a mass of loose objects, such as sand or coins. Unlike the previous examples, this does not kill the target, and they can be restored no matter how far their individual pieces are scattered.
• The ability to lock other women into a transformation until she wills otherwise.
• The ability to inflict the hyper-arousal effect on other women, while enabling the calm euphoria on men.
• The ability to override other women’s immunity and transform them against their will. However, the transformed women can still break out of the form.
• The ability to turn inanimate objects into clones of herself.
• The ability to turn men into women, and vice versa. The transformed individuals do not lose or gain powers from this, however.
• The ability to make mechanically complex objects, such as turning a man into a motorcycle.
• The ability to warp other senses, such as altering a person’s sense of balance or perception of time while they are transformed.
• The ability to turn a person into food.
• The ability to turn a person into an animal. The animal is restricted to the size limits, regardless of what form it is, but this allows for, say, a man-sized mouse or a minnow-sized whale.
• The ability to turn a person into a plant or fungus, with the same size restrictions.
• The ability to teleport people at the moment of transformation, such as turning a man into a pair of panties and making them appear on her person in the same moment.
• The ability to alter someone’s size without turning them into an object.
• The ability to maintain telepathy with anyone she has transformed, even after they have been returned to human form.
• The ability to maintain ranged telepathy with a transformed person she herself did not transform, after she touches them.
• The ability to fully read the mind of someone she transforms.
• The ability to transform someone into an intangible state.
• The ability to merge someone into another object, instead of just transforming them outright.
• The ability to transform only part of a person, such as turning someone’s hand into a garden rake, fused into the person’s wrist, with no seeming medical drawbacks.
• At least three intersex persons have demonstrated the Power.
• At least one hundred men have demonstrated the Power. Some have been confirmed to have been women transformed by the gender-swapping woman, while one was a genetic intersex person who outwardly expressed as male. Several of the men appear to be the genuine article, however. Their power still operates the same as it does for women, though, being effective on men, while women are immune to them by default.
• The ability to transform animals.
• The ability to transform plants.
• The ability to transform fungus.
• The ability to maintain an innate sense of where any person she has previously transformed is, relative to her person, meaning she can transform them at any time, from any distance.
• The ability to resurrect those killed by the destruction of their object form. She can restore a person to human form, and back to life, no matter how damaged their object form is. At least ten women have demonstrated this ability.
• The ability to imbue new consciousness into normal objects by touching them, creating, effectively, a copy of a human mind within the object without having to actually transform anybody. These artificial people appear to be exaggerated facets of the woman’s own personality. She can eliminate these consciousnesses at will.
• The transformed individuals are still objects, but they are capable of animation, shuffling, rolling, or hopping around, even having an unnatural flexibility, almost like an anthropomorphized cartoon version of the object, though without the humanoid face.
• The ability to telekinetically float any transformed person she herself has changed for the duration of the transformation.
• Three women have demonstrated the ability to heal anyone from any injury or sickness, by transforming them into an object, and then when they are changed back, they are returned to perfect health.
• Varying abilities to surpass the mass and volume limits of normal transformations. Several women could make much larger objects, up to the size of a two story house. Another could make an object as large as a skyscraper. By contrast, one woman could transform a person into a single molecule, although she was no longer able to perceive them once she did, dooming them to remain changed if she didn’t set a time limit.

NOTES: Once in a while, it seems, I take a sudden, brief interest in a fetish I'm not normally into. Typically, this interest lasts a couple days, and then I get bored and forget about it. This time, my interest hit at the right time to sit down and write out a new potential setting with another global fetish power for use in yet another femdom world. Like the Chastity Curse and the Cyberdommes, this Polymorph Power (better name to be determined later) is another manifestation of Sex Magic, filtered through the Sex Mage Multiverse. I figured while writing this, I might get some captions, and maybe one or two shorts out of it.

Thing is, though, just like with technology-based fetishes, I'm just not that interested in Transformation Fetish, and likewise, there's already a good fistful of creators making captions based on the Transformation idea. Which, ultimately, is all this power set is, just a slightly different iteration on an idea that's already well-trodden.

(In fact, honestly, if I took out the "hyper arousal/hyper pleasure touch" effect, this could very easily be a really interesting setting for a non-erotic speculative fiction world. In fact, there's probably a lot of super-power gynocracy stories that could be as such. But that's neither here nor there.)

Anyway, the point is, as soon as I finished writing the document, I was already done with the idea. Maybe I'll do something with it later, who knows, but consider this concept binned on arrival. Still, a couple readers were curious about it, so I figured I'd post it anyway. I do so hate letting creative effort go to waste, after all.
